Train to become AAML recognized in Collaborative Practice
Collaborative law, also known as collaborative practice, is a legal process enable families in resolving their disputes in a respectful, amicable and constructive manner. Collaborative professional Family Lawyers help people to avoid the uncertain outcome of court and to achieve a settlement that best meets the specific needs of the family and their children – and avoiding litigation.
The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) offers a comprehensive and highly acclaimed intermediate program that hones and explores the skills and teaches the fundamentals necessary to work in the Collaborative Process. This program is an Interactive Training designed to improve dispute resolution skills in the Collaborative Model.
The seminar who will provide attendees with innovative and practical skills training for newer and experienced practitioners. This training focuses on the “HOW” of Collaborative Practice and going beyond the challenges of reaching an agreement by traditional means of positional bargaining.
The Collaborative Law program is taught by a nationally renowned faculty of Fellows who have decades of experience in helping others achieve higher levels of excellence in their careers. At the end of the training, collaboratively trained Fellows will be able to work with other professionals in order facilitate good settlements of both parties.
