Susan Simos

Susan Sullivan Simos is a North Carolina Board-Certified Family Law Specialist, NCDRC Family Financial Mediator, and Certified Parenting Coordinator. Susan’s practice is devoted to family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, termination of parental rights, stepparent adoptions, and domestic violence matters.

With an educational and professional background in accounting and finance, Susan enjoys cases that involve significant complex financial issues. Susan has not met a spreadsheet or tax return that she didn’t love. Beyond financial matters, Susan enjoys the complexities that come with family law matters when facts, law, and people intersect at what is often the most difficult point in people’s lives.
