Profile

Ms. Bissada, a seasoned mediator with a prominent litigation background, specializes in both complex financial and custody matters. She has expertise in navigating and guiding parties through complex venture capital and private equity cases, as well as complex custody issues. In 2025, Ms. Bissada will devote her practice to neutral work – mediation, settlement judging, and all-purpose temporary private judging. She is an IAFL Fellow; Certified Family Law Specialist (ACFLS); and an AFCC Member.
