Kim Willoughby has been recognized as one of Denver’s top matrimonial attorneys since 2006. She is the only registered attorney in the nation who has been accepted into both AAML and ACTEC. She is also named in Band 1 for Chambers HNW for family law in Colorado. Willoughby & Associates has offices in Genesee, Colorado, Aspen, Colorado and Bonesteel, South Dakota. Kim is also the CEO of I Do Prenups, LLC, a company devoted solely to the drafting of prenuptial agreements. Kim’s expertise is in matrimonial matters involving prenuptial agreements or trusts.
