Mr. Basnight concentrates his practice in the areas of complex divorce litigation, civil litigation, child custody, and family law. He is also a Fellow in The International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is a member of both the Virginia State Bar and the Florida State Bar. He has been selected and listed as a Virginia "Super Lawyer" (Family Law) in 2007 through 2017, selected and listed as one of Virginia's "Legal Elite" (Family Law/Domestic Relations), and has achieved the "AV" designation from Martindale-Hubbell.
