Introduction

My office provides direct and personalized legal representation to clients in a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce, child support, custody, paternity, guardianships, simple wills and the like.  The focus is on fair and workable solutions based on over 30 years of experience in family law. That same level of experience, allows me to serve effectively as an attorney or neutral in various ADR processes such as mediation, early neutral evaluation, arbitration and parenting consulting.   I am Rule 114 qualified for all family law out of court processes in Minnesota.
